CAN I WORK IN ANY EUROPEAN-UNION COUNTY WITH the permesso di saggiorno (work permit) of ITALY?

i am an immigrant in italy.

(1) i want to know that is it possible to work and live in any european country with the Permesso di Saggiorno (work permit) of ITALY?

(2) i am also looking forward to learn a new language. may be german or french. what do you suggest about these two? which one can be more Useful, fruitful etc. and Easy to learn for an English passionated guy? i also need any website to know about the Laws and Rights of the italian immigrants but in english. i mean where i can get the knowledge of such questions. do you know any?

(3) in which country can you get a good wage and a classic life, i mean Bank Balance and Enjoyment of life both.

First, I am not sure of your status…Are you an asylum seeker?
Off the top of my head, you can do two things: One, if you have a family member that is an EU citizen, which includes holding a valid residency permit, and lives in, say, France, then you can claim family reunion and move there. There is a whole host of European case law on family reunion for us third country nationals.

Two, get a residency permit. Residency permits are supposed to be valid throughout the EU. Again, off the top of my head, with a valid residence permit and you are a third country national that enjoys a “special relationship” between the EU and your third country, than you enjoy the same freedom of movement as EU citizens. Lucky them!!!

The area of residency permits in Europe is a growing and developing area of law.
