Why Turkey dont recognize armenian genocide?
1915-18: The turkish government killed 1.500.000 children, women and oldmen (the youngs was “serving” in army but the most was killed in jail). All the armenian population was deported overseas.
The armenians was living in that land since the pre-history. Today, the European Union dont admit Turkey because this matter and the invasion of Cyprus in the 60´s.
To denied this genocide is a crime in France and Switzerland, were the fine reach 45.000 euros.
Reparations might cost even more than the fine.
