It is true,or is another provocation against Greece?

In a not very subtle way, the Greek government is blackmailing the euro zone.
Bear in mind the Greek government, by its own admission, routinely lied about just about every relevant statistic it published, while Transparency International rates Greece, together with Romania, as the most corrupt European Union country, ranking it lower than Ghana, Montenegro, Georgia and Tunisia. So because Greek statistics are so untrustworthy, anecdotal accounts are as good as you’re going to get.
The Greek government has no credibility. Nor does it deserve any. And ultimately, it will default.
Greek finance minister indeed made such statement and it’s all over EU portals for the past few days or so but this Mattich’s text is rather subjective, I would even dare to call it nasty . Between black and white, there is a whole spectrum of colors,so it would be incorrectly to unilaterally attack or defend either minister or Mattich. Minister gave a clumsy statement but Mattich twisted it even more.
I would never take this as blackmailing the euro zone., but some details in text are credible and at the same time devastatingly. Anyhow ,”The Wall Street Journal” is too respected to publish complete nonsense.Greece is indeed perceived as the most corrupt of EU countries, along with Romania. Shadow economy is on unenviable level. It’s a fact Greece has been repeatedly caught in providing false statistics and data.
On the other hand, it’s outrageous from Mattich to label all Greeks as lazy , liars, swindlers and tax cheaters ,because most of the Greeks are certainly not like that . However, it’s a bad luck their politicians are.
I wonder what circus would we attend if someone “comb through” public procurement. Greeks politicians gladly accept loans, making a debt which will have to repay even their great-great-grandchildren, but reject every European expert advice and suggestions how to recover. Why? Because Greeks have a misfortune that their state is lead by a bunch of incompetent sloths who think only of themselves showing the most stupid policy in the history of the whole world. The entire European Union is threatened and therefore Europe can’t be a neutral ATM and has to find a way how to pressure Gr. Politicians. Maybe this text is one of the instruments? Or maybe it’s just all about one malicious biased journalist… neither the first nor the last nor the only one of that breed…
Not to forget, to increase my popularity in GT section:
Talking about Gr. policy i have to add : In my opinion, it’s about time Greeks stop with the block of Macedonia’s Constitutional Name.
Edit:
-Tito was only half Croatian. His mother was Slovenian, and mater semper certa est, therefore he’s more Slovenian than Croat. And he loved Serbia much more than Croatia or Slovenia. No people didn’t see him as God. Only members and oportunists from a party saw him as God.
-Further, Yugoslavia didn’t have communism, but socialism ( fight with Russia in 1948., when Stalin tried to kill Tito)
-In his time Macedonia was called “Socilist REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA”, why didn’t Greek protest then ?
-I’m not Macedonian, therefore ad hominem arguments don’t hurt me. I’m an objective observer trying to be reasonable. I think I can discus and conclude about this subject more purposeful than any Greek or Macedonian because I don’t have any emotions attached.
