What is the best or quickest way to obtain a European Union passport, visa or work permit. I want to teach.?

I am a US citizen who would like the opportunity to share my teaching experience and knowledge in the EU. To do this I have learned that a EU passport and/or work permit is first required. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

You are a U.S. Citizen, so HOW DO YOU PLAN TO GET AN E.U. PASSPORT? Are you going to renounce your U.S. Citizenship? because that is the ONLY way you are going to get an EU passport.

THEN … you need to find a job BEFORE you go over… so you will need to find someone who is willing to swear they are hiring you because they can’t find someone locally to do the job.

Considering the high unemployment in Europe… your idea is not even CLOSE to being realistic… because it’s NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

If you have your teaching papers, then your best bet is the Peace Corps… you may not go to Europe, but at least you will be out of the U.S.
