European Union Web Page

So, what exactly are Romania’s restrictions with the European Union?
From a Romanian citizen’s point of view.
Also, is there a web page that lists them?
Essentially, they have all the rights and stuff, however if they want to head off on an impulse the only place where they can work without special permits is Finland, as other countries placed restrictions on worker mobility from Romania and Bulgaria.
…Still, they wont need a permit for Finland! That’s gotta be something, right?
Unless they think it’s too cold and wont show up…*feels sad*
