How can you re-new an European Union tourist visa?
I´m wondering if by just leaving the European Union (possible traveling down to Morocco, Africa) before your tourist visa is expired, and then returning back to the EU, is your 3 month tourist visa re-newed?
There is no European Union tourist visa; the Schengen visa is valid for 25 countries of which 22 are European Union members and 3 [Iceland, Norway and Switzerland] are not.
5 European Union members [Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ireland, Romania, and the United Kingdom] do not participate in the border-less travel agreement and cannot be visited which the Schengen visa [except for transiting on the continent in exceptional cases].
A Schengen tourist visa is issued by Embassies and Consulates based on itineraries provided, holding proof of sufficient funds, a valid travel/sick insurance and other factors with a validation between 1 and 180 days and an authorized number of days of stay between 1 and 90 days. Once the number of authorized days of stay have been used up the visa becomes invalid and cannot be used any longer.

If you should hold a passport of a visa exempted country, you won’t get a tourist visa. The Border Protection Officer will just stamp your passport with the date of entry and you may stay for up to 90 days within each six months period.

When you leave the Schengen zone you will get the exit stamp and may not re-enter before three month if you have stayed the full 90 days.
