European Union University Fees

Norway? European Union? Univeristies??
IF your a citizen of Norway and you want to got a University in England(like RCA)…do you pay international fees? OR EU fees?
It depends on the university, I think. Some have national, EU and non-EU fees, and others don’t. Norway is considered part of the EU due to the EEA (EØS) agreement. Best bet: check with the school directly.
