European Union Universities Fees

EU fees for universities?
I live in French polynesia (overseas countries and territories) and want to study in the UK. But they want to charge me international fees. Isn’t there a way for me to pay the European union fees?
I think you should be able to as France counts its colonies as part of France. You need to first get something from your government to say that you are in an official part of France. Then send it to the university you are applying to. I am not too sure of how the french system works but you could also try writing to the relevant govt dept in France.
