DOES ANYONE KNOW THE EUROPEAN UNION TREASURY DEPARTMENT?
The EU has no treasury as it is NOT a financial insitution. You may mean the European Central Bank (ECBN) in Frankfurt, or the European Investment Bank (EIB) In Luxembourg. And the man who runs the EC is NOT Irish, sorry.
