full domain name trademark or just name without www. and .com?
I am planning to register trademark within european union.But I am not sure whether is better to register ”word”.com or just ”word” as a trademark within three classes of use.
Register the word. I think it was pets.com that tried to claim that pets.com was a trademark, and the case law clearly points toward registering the root word.
