European Union Policy Areas

Liberals seem to scoff at the notion of American Exceptionalism, Except when it comes to areas like our?
adoption of the failed immigration, and for that matter economic, policies of the European union. Indeed that because WE are Americans, we can do what they cannot! Like make the Impossible Possible! We won’t experience the problems they do because we are Americans?
Whatever happened to learning from the mistakes of others? Whatever happened to “If you duplicate procedure, you will duplicate result”?
So far, the first four liberals to answer have, as usual, not attempted to address the question, but rather simply spewed talking points.
I was expecting better, even from you!
Excellent point!
Ben Franklin or *Poor Richard* said some simple but brilliant things we’ve all ignored and we’re paying the price today. – “A penny saved is a penny earned” – “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” – Experience is a dear teacher, but fools will learn at no other.
And there was William Shakespeare – Neither a borrower nor a lender be.
Point is there are consequences for foolish choices and Greece, Spain, California, and Michigan are just a few examples of what socialism on steroids will get you.
edit: @ chloe – “McCain and Bush are conservatives.” < No actually they weren't true conservatives and that's the problem. You're right illegal immigration has been ignored by Both parties and many Corps for decades. We the people need to stick together on this and Force our government to do their damned job. Secure our borders now!
