Serious impact on relations with EU feared with voided rehab project
MANILA, Philippines – While Belgian Ambassador Christian Meerschman is still optimistic that there is a way to salvage the P18.7-billion Laguna Lake Rehabilitation Project (LLRP), fears have been raised that the fiasco would also have an impact on ties with the European Union (EU).
