The Justice Department Under Eric Holder Refusing to Enforce Our Criminal Laws

This country is heading for a real crisis of monumental proportions. When all the states start to default on the money they have borrowed, to support programs they cannot afford. Just like the European Union that is going broke because of their socialist policies and union demands that have driven the countries into unsustainable debt. The Green revolution in Spain has backfired into job losses in the millions. Promises have never been kept, or policies promised have failed. The EU has been a failure because of governments bowing to pressure from union demands for more of everything and no way to pay for it all. Union demands for more and more without producing corresponding production of goods and services to pay for it all. Ireland has had to make concessions that will drive business away from their shores. England will have to try and reverse immigration of Muslims because of their egress into the life of the country and their subversive policies. They always want to take control of whatever country they gain any kind of majority into. They want to run everything and become the dominant force running things to their advantage and forcing submission to their way of life. Muslim culture is demeaning to women and the men like it that way. They do not have to answer for anything they care to do. If they don’t want to work and support their families, they don’t have to answer to anyone. They want to infiltrate their customs into our way of life and their laws into our law. If they want to beat their wives and children and even kill them, they don’t want to have to answer for it. The justice department is buckling under to all kinds of outside interests and demands. It has been documented by insiders that orders were given to not prosecute black panther members who threatened voters outside of polling places in 2008. The justice department heads, told their officers to not bring charges against them. This is all part and parcel of the justice departments refusal to administer impartial justice to all the people of America. Eric Holder is part of this group and involved with the Soros plan.

If they had been white members barring entrance to anyone it would have been front page news across the world. We no longer have a free press in this country. It is held hostage by liberal owners and founder’s like Soro’s and others like him that buy up newspapers and TV stations to put their own propaganda out. They never criticize Obama or his administration and have bent over backwards to protect him from any criticism or faults. It is as if they were his press corps instead of news organizations or TV news shows. This has been going on since the 2006 election cycle and all through the primaries. This fact is known by every honest news organization that reports the news around the world. Other countries laugh at Obama’s attempts at diplomacy. He plays the fool by bowing at the waist to his enemies and practically inviting aggressive movements by them. The judges that have been appointed have been making law from the bench. This justice department has been twisting the law into a right arm of the president to distort and manipulate what the law should stand for. We need an office of special prosecutor for the people. To have its subpoena powers independent from the justice department. To bring on investigations into government corruption or presidential manipulation or power grabs or wrongdoing by anyone. This president has gone around congress and put presidential orders ahead of court rulings. When the courts over ruled his mandate for drilling in the Gulf he just ignored that and issued a presidential order shutting down all drilling for 6 months anyway. He is like a petulant child who must have his way or else. Below is a list of organizations that have either been set up by Soros or those he has funded with his billions of ill gotten gains.

THE TIES TO THE SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST/MARXIST NETWORK

Ties to George Soros and the list of communist and socialists and Marxist groups all across America, and many in Europe and the United Nations, like co-conspirator Maurice Strong. These two alone have caused more trouble for the American people, than any other two people in recent history. He has been part and parcel or putting forward the United Nations as the world police force under the new world order. George Soros was largely responsible for crushing the English pound and he made billions from doing it. He has no morals or conscience to help anyone but himself. It is the greed and megalomania of a totally self centered man that cannot have enough money and power, when he could be doing so very much good with the billions he has amassed. He could be remembered in history as one of the greatest philanthropists who lived in this century. Instead he will be cursed when he is dead and remembered as a total narcissist and blamed throughout history for the trouble he has caused. He may believe in what he is doing but history will tell people the truth. It always comes out in the end. What a legacy for him! People throughout history have thought they could control a brand of socialism or communism that would be good for people. It sounds great to want everyone to be equal in wealth and health and the promise of a good life. It never works. Man is evil in his heart and will be greedy and jealous and feel superior to everyone that he feels is not his equal. People lie and cheat and steal what they cannot earn because of their family upbringing and education. These are the organizations that George Soros has founded or funded along with many others that fit what he is working towards. You have to know that the democratic party has been taken over by Progressives. The party is nothing like the one your parents were part of. Go back to the 1900s and see what they were trying to do under Woodrow Wilson and FDR. The American people threw them all out when FDR died and held them in check under Wilson for a while. They were the reason for the great depression when Wilson instituted the Federal Reserve and other bills and laws including the Federal Income Tax. FDR just carried on and tried to expand what Wilson put into motion. By the way: The Federal Income Tax amendment was never ratified by the majority of states and is therefor illegal.

GEORGE SOROS said to always name organizations the opposite of their meaning. Never name them for what they do. Disorganize and conquer.

George Soros. This man believes himself to be some sort of god, to be able to topple governments and four times he has used his money and power to collapse currencies and drive governments into the arms of communists, socialists, dictators and revolutionaries. He has said many times that he enjoys playing the game that destroys people and governments. His game has cost millions of lives and the destruction of economies. He has made his billions and can live anywhere he can buy space from corrupt governments. He has already sold his interests in dollars and stocks to convert it to gold in bars and coins. He owns enough gold to buy his way into anywhere he cares to live out his miserable life. He will go down in history as the most hated man to ever live alongside Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Che, and any other you can put into his category. We must and we can stop him and the stooges he has bought and controls. This time we have no where else to go after America falls. Your children,s lives and your grandchildren will have to live under what they are planning for us now. Is that what you want? Wake up America before it is too late to undo what they are doing and what they have already done. They have almost destroyed Christianity being practiced in the open and they play up to Muslims. Would you like to live under Sharia law and what that means? It is on the way in now. You know what it would mean to women in this country. It would place them in virtual slavery under men. Wake up and keep watch on what they do and don’t listen to what they say. It is up to each and every one of you. May God Bless this country and keep its people free. We have a lot to do to reign in corporations and their greed with anti trust legislation that is sorely lacking. That is the one fault I found with Reagan. He went a little to far with deregulation. Corporate America has to be kept in strict control. Corporations have no conscience and management is badly in need of controls on its people. But let’s not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Corporation serve a definite need in America but they must have concern for its workers as well. Justice is the business of every American and it must be sacrosanct to all its people according to our Constitution. We must somehow get back to Constitutional law and get away from case law as is now being practiced. It is not working. Please get together with relatives, friends, coworkers, neighbors and anyone who will listen to stop the assault on our Constitution and laws to make us into a nanny state with cradle to grave government socialism. It is up to each and every one of us to do their part. Get together and elect good people and help them to do what you want government to do. Not what they want to do to us. I want everyone reading this to go to the internet and check out every statement I have made here and come back and show me where I am wrong. I have used statements in their own words to prove what they said before differing audiences and groups. They have made differing statements to different audiences when it suited their purpose. They use the laws that suit them in different circumstances when it is to their advantage to do so. They don’t enforce laws against black offenders the way they do against white offenders. It has been proven again and again to the shame of the people running departments under their leaders orders. The people Obama has placed in positions of power have different agendas from the normal American. The Soros agenda has its own plans and purposes behind what he does and Obama is his puppet. He financed his election and helped him in every way he could, now he wants his payback. He wants his New World Order and he has destroyed four economies on his way to getting it. Maurice Strong has been his instrument at the United Nations working for that New World Order as well. They want us to do away with our armed services and work through the U N Police and their army. We know how well they do things there. This President wants America to become the same as the rest of the worlds economies. The justice department has become a tool of the black community and the black caucus in congress. We know from his book ” Dreams from my father” that Obama grew up hating whites and so did Michelle Obama. She once made the statement that ” For the first time in my life I am proud of my country”. I have only one answer for those not proud of America, and that is to go and find someplace better, if you can.

Once these people tear down what we have here in our Republic where will they go to start again?. They are never satisfied with what they have, and will try to tear that down. But their is no place left where they can have freedom to do what they want to. Once they usher in their new world order, they will have to find some other system to revolt on, and tear that down. The justice system in America has been crumbling away since the inception of case law. We used to be under a constitutional law system, where every case was decided by adherence to the Constitution. Progressives under Wilson in the early 1900s, turned us in the direction of case law, where every case was decided by the last ruling of the case before on the subject. Now we have judges ruling from the bench on how each one interprets the law. It is destroying our legal system. Now with people in charge, appointed by the President, to decide for themselves how to administer our laws, it no longer works. We must put a stop to rulings not based on our Constitution. This administration has perverted the laws of our system of justice, to not prosecute black panthers, who have clearly broken the law. The ACORN people that should have been prosecuted did not even get reprimands or any kind of punishment at all. Members of SEIU beating people, caught on film, were not prosecuted under Obama & Holder. This President must be a one term President if we are to survive. God Bless America and keep her safe under your care.

This country must have an independent judiciary that cannot be controlled by ANY president or official.  The top position appointed by the President has many responsible jobs to perform but stopping prosecutions because the defendents are black is not one of them. Unless the laws are impartially enforced we might as well not have the Justice dept.  It becomes a tool to stop any criticism of the President or those in the administration.  Then we have a dictatorship. That is where we are heading now under this President, and that is exactly what he wants.  We are very close to the edge now, and unless we take back our governmen,t and put people in that want to save the country, we are going to lose it all.  We have the right to demand what we want done and we have to make ourselves heard loud and clear in Washington.  .Unless we can take back the rule of law, to dispense it impartially, we have made our claim of justice for all, of no effect.   Unless we are equal under the law, we can never claim to be free in truth. As of now we are under a man who runs the department like his private law firm.  Charging or not charging people according to his whims.  Under the direction of this President.  This has to stop. We may have to charge this President with High Crimes and Misdimeaners in impeachment proceedings.  He has performed, if gone into, many acts that may be unconstitutional or even crimina if investigated fully. .   He knows he can never be re elected in 2012 so he is trying to set up his dictatorship piece by piece in the backgroud as we speak.

He is tearing down our freedoms one by one and nobody is calling him on it.  The press is his personal fan club and does anything they can to cover for him.  I would not be surprised if the questions were worked out in advance.  God forbid he didn’t have a monitor to read from.   George Soros has bought up  many newpapers and media outlets, so he can bombard the public with his lies and subversive elements, and twist the news to fit his agenda.  If you want to know what is really going on in America today, then look up George Soros’s life and past and how Obama fits into it all.  He is Soros’s puppet.  Eric Holder is just another one of the puppets used to change America into a socialist government empire under the New World Order.  If the people of America don’t wake up VERY soon it will be too late to stop them.   God Bless America and keep her free.
