European Union Official Language

Now that the European Union is all but an official country,?
what will be the capital city and what will be the official language (or languages)?
Well, Brussels already pretty much is. The official languages are ALL those of all member states, which is why the EU spends so many millions on translators and interpreters – except in the case of Ireland which recognises that there really isn’t any point demanding translations into Irish Gaelic as so few of the Irish themselves speak it.
