European Union Jobs Africa

Do you believe the African Union will one day disintegrate or shrink greatly due to the Arab League/Arab Union?
I have a very strong feeling that the Arab League will eventually turn into a free trade Arab Union. Then, the European Union and the Arab Union will combine more or less through the Mediterranean Union that came into being pretty recently.
Of course, many things will have to be done before this occurs. Some of the major events that need to occur involve solving the Arab/Palestinian-Israeli conflict and calming the tensions between the individual powers (Shiite and Sunni) in the area. Also, the powers will need to limit the amount of extremism by increasing the wealth for individual people, creating new jobs, and finally by having a more democratic means of representation. Currently, most of the countries in the Middle East and Northern Africa are dictatorships. Peace will also have to be made between India and Pakistan before any major changes can come.
the arab league is an obsolete organization that only serves to show to the world how the arab world is not united in anything it does.
and the african union is even more obsolete because it is mostly a round table of dictators and megalomaniacs.
the mediterranean union sounds like a good idea but as long as lybia keeps torpedoing it, it wont go far.
