Are the British ready for another EU treaty they won’t be allowed to vote on?

Angela Merkel says a new European Union bailout fund would require changes to existing EU treaties.

Isn’t this a great picture?

The reason Mrs Merkel is talking about treaty change is that the Treaty on the European Union (Maastricht, to you and me) both allows the creation of a single European currency, and forbids one member-state bailing out another. So if the EU is create its own European Monetary Fund to save Greece (and whichever member goes bad after Greece) then the treaty must change.

Will you be given a chance to vote on this?
That would be the democratic way,..so probably not.

What do you think?

I think Nigel Farrage has made a lot of good points.
The way they bullied Ireland in to signing the constitution was wrong, lucky enough for Ireland they signed it under certain conditions which was smart but most of the other countries just seem to be puppets. Who gives a shit what Bulgaria thinks.. Europe should never have let those eastern countries join and it would be a big pile of crap if Turkey was to join. I hope we can all keep are cultural differences and traditions and not become non nations like what britain is at the moment. Nigel Farrage, Geert Wilders all these people are getting ridiculed but they speak loud to a lot of people. It’s just you are targeted as a rascist if you support them but there is a difference between preserving cultural values than rascism.

But then a parlement that is hosted and has it’s capital in a country that hasn’t had a government for more than two years is a joke in itself.

Oh and who the hell is Hermaan van rumpoy ? LOL
