European Union Gdp Statistics

european union gdp statistics
I would like to find diagrams that show a tax efficient company structure for opperations within the EU?

I would like find some web sites that contain DIAGRAMS on company structure in general and then specifically tax efficient structures within the European Union.

I would also Greatly appreciate finding a site that had DIAGRAMS on cross border loss relief within the EU.

And also sites that contain any statistics on the above matters such as how companies are affected by cross border relief, how it effects member states and graphs on how this has affected memberstates GDP etc etc…

I am not looking for written info, I am only interested in diagram, statistics and graphs.

If anyone can help i would be eternaly greatful!

I don’t think you’ll have much luck. The people who are good at this sort of stuff do it for a living, not for fun. They don’t just put all their planning ideas out in the public domain in full detail so that people needing tax advice can get it for free without having to come and see them!

You’ll need to find some articles, read and understand them and use them to make your own diagrams. Not as easy as just cutting and pasting, I know, but wouldn’t you need to understand the reasoning behind the picture anyway in order to comment on it in your report? I mean… I know the kind of thing you want and it’s basically half-a-dozen boxes joined together with lines and some arrows showing the flow of funds. You can make them yourself very easily – provided you understand the issues, which is the hard part. And if you don’t understand the issues, how can you include them in your report?

Cross-border loss relief within the EU isn’t as simple as a quick diagram btw. That’s because each country has its own laws and interpretations. You can’t just say “EU Co 1″ and “EU Co 2″ and do one general diagram – it makes a difference which country each company is in.

If you don’t want or need to go into the detail (which seems the case from your question), I would simply add a paragraph to your report mentioning that as a result of the ECJ judgment in the M&S case it’s now possible under some circumstances to surrender cross-border, and leave it at that.

You won’t find statistics on how the decision has affected member states GDP’s because it’s a very recent decision. Data won’t be available yet. I think there were some foot-stamping representations from various countries at the time of the AG’s opinion saying that they stand to lose £x billion or whatever, but whether those figures turn out to be anywhere near accurate is anyone’s guess.
