European Union Future Problems

What Swedes get if the gas pipe-lines from Russia is laid in their commercial interested sea?
What remuneration shall Sweden get if the Gas pipe-lines from Russia shall run to Western Europe through the waters of Sweden which is highly interested for Swedes as regards the fishing Industry and other interests? However, this water belongs to Sweden and Sweden must be paid royalty to let pass the Gas through such Pipe-lines. To avoid the future disputes, European Union must take some conciliatary steps to resolve this problem.
Since we can only guess broadly, and knowing how Russia usually works in such situations, I’d guess Sweden will get nothing.
Russia already delivers gas to Western Europe without going through Sweden’s national waters, and they do so by running the gas through the Ukrainian and Belarus gas lines (and they now control 1/3 of the Belarus gas lines).
It seems Sweden and Norway (and maybe Denmark) have the most to lose, as if Sweden gets too difficult in negotiations, Russia will simply deny gas supplies to Sweden, and Sweden will then take pressure from Norway.
Sweden is in the weak negotiating position. “He who has what others need, controls”, and Russia knows it.
