why is it wrong to donate to charities?
I’m european. I’m regularly donating for the organization that helps poor farmers. with donations they provide them animals, tools, everything they need for farming. I was even a volunteer and I helped building a barn with the organization. now I see people saying that it wont do anything good if people donate. why? and I hear this saying from americans. I guess thats why european union is the largest contributor of aid in the world. maybe some people are too spoiled and they dont realize how it feels to be poor. america has no big poverty anyway. I’ve been poor before and I appreciated any help I got. the money I give, will buy cows or a goats for families that cant afford to buy them and then they can make food, so they can feed their kids. I’m really wondering whats all the fuss about donations. it helps people, I’ve seen the proof – poor famillies that go to bed with a full stomach.
It’s not wrong to give to charities.
I do as my bible tells me to do.
Give to those less fortunate then I.
Take care of the widows and orphans.
