Should the USA Visa waiver program be extended to other rich countries so they may enter US Visa free?

Theres been alot of recent debate because many weatlhier natures primarily from the european union want to enter the USA visa free for tourist visits up to 90 days like 27 other rich countries can.Do you think Should the USA Visa waiver program be extended to other rich countries so they may enter US for Tourist visit Visa free?Or should they continue to be required to Go get Visas at their local US Consulates compliating travel to the USA?

well not all the countries in that list are “rich” i belive argentina is one of them… either way.. the less restrictions we put on others to come over the more opportunity we have to grow businesses yes Some may overstay but i still feel the vast majority will go back… Specially now adays when we should try to get more Euros from everyone we can
