The inclusive government has plunged into a gridlock with Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai dispatching his proxies to regional and international leaders to highlight what he called a constitutional crisis in Zimbabwe spawned by ZANU-PF’s alleged unilateralism in running the country’s affairs.
