Nigeria: Pressure on to Shift 2011 Handover Date
Some people have mounted pressure on the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] to shift the handover date to the next administration beyond May 29, 2011, the commission’s Chairman Professor Attahiru Jega said in Abuja yesterday.
