European Union Agriculture Trade

european union agriculture trade
Could you explain about this article about NAFTA, please?

NAFTA means North American Free Agreement between Canada, mexico and the USA.
As you know Canada and the USA are so powerful countries.
Few countries can compet with industry, agriculture and … of these two countries.
As i found, mexico has free trade agreement with european union and japan.
I have a question
How mexico resist in front of these powerful countries countries?

What do you mean resist? The point of free trade is to allow people in one country to buy something from someone in another country without governmental barriers. If someone in Mexico doesn’t want to buy or something from the U.S., they don’t have to “resist.” They just don’t buy or sell. Free trade agreements don’t force anyone to buy or sell.
